Welcome to The Yoga Lounge Foundation 200hr (RYT) Teacher Training Programme, Inspired by Ashtanga Yoga.
We are very excited that you are considering offering us the opportunity to lead you on this new and exciting journey.
Our Teacher Training Programme certified through Yoga Alliance Professionals is now coming into its 3rd year running and is more than taking classes and attending the training sessions, our training course has been put together with time and consideration working with international teachers & consultants to put only the best course curriculum in place.
This course will give you an introduction to the basics of Ashtanga yoga and how to teach yoga to beginners & mixed level students. This course does not certify you to teach Pregnancy yoga, teens or kids yoga.
Our highly experienced teacher trainers have a passion for yoga & learning and have a wealth of experience & knowledge to share with you while drawing experience from world renowned teachers and ancient yogic texts to ensure you get a broad introduction to yoga.
This is an opportunity to experience a whole new level of existence.
