$80 for 8 classes or $14 drop-in rateOpen to all levels, beginners welcome! The class will incorporate traditional Hatha yoga postures to connect breath with movement. We will focus on fostering strength, balance and flexibility while releasing stress and tension. This class will stretch, strengthen, revive and renew your body, mind and spirit while practicing among the art in our gallery space.
