Healthy Kids Day® is the Y's national initiative to improve the health and well-being of kids and families. Join us for this free community event as we aim to inspire kids and families to keep their minds and bodies active throughout the summer months and beyond.
Free lunch will be provided by Here to Help Foundation of Wyoming. WY Knot Pretzel Co will have giant soft pretzels for sale.
Local sponsors and community partners will have interactive booths with activities and giveaways. There will be an obstacle course for kids to race through, fun fitness demos geared towards kids, toy duck races, aquatics safety info, kids can design the next Healthy Kids Day t-shirt and more!
