Yllera Wines and Birlibirloque Gin Take Over the Bar at Kitty Dare

On Wednesday March 26 2025 Kitty Dare known for its vibrant Mediterranean fare and thoughtfully curated wine program is hosting a special bar takeover from 5 to 8 p.m. featuring Jorge Martínez of Yllera Wines and Carolina Toquero distiller of Birlibirloque Gin. Guests will have the opportunity to sip and savor a unique lineup of Yllera wines including the 2022 Sauvignon Blanc 2019 Pepe Tempranillo 2021 Meraldis Verdejo and 2016 Boada Crianza all available by the glass or as part of a wine flight with half-glasses of all four for $25. Additional highlights include the 2016 Jesús Yllera Crianza a Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon blend and the 2005 25th Aniversario Tempranillo both available by the half-glass. Rounding out the evening guests can also enjoy Eti’s G&T a refreshing Gin and Tonic made with Birlibirloque Gin a personal touch and heartfelt tribute to owner Jaamy Zarnergar’s mother Eti and her love of the classic cocktail. Throughout the evening diners will also have the chance to meet and chat with the visiting wine and gin experts tableside bringing the stories behind each sip to life.
