Start the new year with mindfulness, presence, and intention. Join us on January 1st for a deeply restorative and meditative Yin Yoga workshop — Yintentions. This special New Year's Day class will guide you in setting powerful intentions for the year ahead, while nurturing your body and spirit through slow, mindful poses.
What to Expect:
🌿 Intention Setting: Begin the workshop with a guided reflection where you’ll create personal intentions for 2025 — goals, desires, and aspirations that align with your heart’s deepest calling.
🌿 Gentle Yin Yoga: Move through long-held, meditative poses that help release tension, promote flexibility, and activate deep healing. As you settle into each posture, send your intentions out into the universe with every breath.
🌿 Personalized Support: Rachel Reeser will lead the class, guiding you gently through each pose, while Sherry Dartez will offer hands-on support, giving shoulder, neck, and back rubs to help deepen your relaxation and connection.
This workshop is designed for all levels — no prior yoga experience required. Whether you’re new to Yin Yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll leave feeling grounded, clear, and ready to step into 2025 with intention.
