A cozy evening of gentle yin yoga + dreamy sound healing 💫
We’ll start with 45 mins of slow, grounding yin yoga to release tension and melt into stillness. Then flow into 45 mins of deep sound healing with gongs, handpan, singing bowls, voice, and other carefully chosen healing instruments.
Only 10 spots available — it’s an intimate space, so book early if you’d like to join.
