This 30-hour Yin Yoga training is designed for yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners who want to deepen their understanding of Yin Yoga and the subtle body. Over the weekend, you’ll explore fascia, connective tissue, meridians, chakras, and the nervous system, while learning how to guide thoughtful, intelligent Yin practices.
Through lecture, discussion, and hands-on practice, you’ll gain the tools to teach Yin Yoga safely, sequence with intention, and support deeper mind–body awareness in your classes.
Bonus: Receive 30 hours of Continuing Education eligible for Yoga Alliance and other providers.
