Yin Yoga + Yoga Nidra *Full Moon *90-Min.

Find full moon peace with Yin Yoga, a passive style focusing on deep connective tissues like ligaments, joints, and bones, where you will experience prolonged, calming floor poses to enhance flexibility, circulation, and joint mobility. This monthly workshop integrates a serene blend of 60 minutes of Yin Yoga, promoting mental, emotional, and physical balance, followed by a tranquil Yoga Nidra meditation. Aromatherapy and Reiki healing will also be incorporated. Restorative yoga modifications will be given for pregnant and recently postpartum attendees. 60-minutes Yin asana + 30-minutes guided Yoga Nidra meditation.
