Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Sacred Sound with Jade Heart

Each gathering is shaped by the season, drawing on the Celtic Wheel of the Year and Traditional Chinese Medicine, while remaining accessible and welcoming to all bodies and levels of experience.

Yin Yoga is a slow, floor-based practice where postures are held for longer periods to gently work into the deeper layers of the body. The focus is on stillness, ease, and listening inward, allowing both physical tension and mental effort to soften.

Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation practiced lying down. Often described as “yogic sleep”, it supports deep rest of the nervous system while keeping awareness present. No movement is required, you simply get comfortable and are guided through the practice.

This session focuses on restoring energy, grounding the body, and creating a steady foundation before the rising momentum of spring.

A moment of balance and gentle movement forward.
The practice supports release, ease, and adaptability as energy begins to shift and expand.

A season of warmth, connection, and expression.
This session explores opening, circulation, and staying rooted while energy becomes more outward-moving.
