About this Event

Through long-held, restorative postures and intentional breath, you’ll release deep layers of tension and reconnect with inner calm. Located in the Thistle Farms Volunteer Room.

Following the practice, join the Thistle Farms Community Circle at 9 am to continue the spirit of connection and healing in community. Highly recommend if you are seeking a mindful & intentional morning. This class takes place in the Thistle Farms Volunteer Room, located below the Education Room behind the cafe.
