We invite you to join us in this transformative experienceof combining three modalities together.
In this hour and half event on February 1st the Full moon
also known as the Snow moon, representing
transformation, hope, magik and renewal. It is a powerful
time for self-reflection and setting new intentions like
planting seeds, as we move into the spring season and journey together through sound, movement and energy.
What are we hoping to transform?
Join us as Terry Landry guides us through a sound bath, allowing the vibrations and frequencies to flow through all our bodies helping us to clear and release what no longer serves us.
Thus allowing us to create greater expansiveness,
creating space for what we are looking to bring in. Through
sound we release and bring in.
As Kristine Northrup guides us through gentle Yin yoga
pose, allowing for deeper release and better flow of
energy in our bodies.
Through the Yin yoga we will find balance and harmony,
allowing our mind and bodies to relax. To be in a receiving
mode. As we journey inwardly.
Roxane Soogree will have set up an energetic vortex
throughout the space allowing for life force energy/Reiki
energy to flow during this event.
The vortex has many light codes. Which will continuously
flow during the event as I make my way around to each of
you individually offering Reiki energy.
