Encore of this Relaxing Saturday Morning Once a Month Event! Incorporate the deep recovery of Yin Yoga into your routine. Class will include floor postures as well as the chair as a prop. Postures are held for extended time to relieve tension, release tight muscles and allow yourself to completely relax in the healing frequencies of a sound bath. Program is presented by Crissy Stelmashuk, E-RYT. $10 member fee; $20 for guests.
