Yin Yoga with Gabie Ruiz is the perfect opportunity to try yoga for the first time, allow your expert yoga skills to rest, or to meet people in the community. This mind-body practice uses long, floor-based holds designed to moderately stress connective tissue-tendons, fascia, and ligaments, helping to increase range of motion, improve circulation, relieve over stressed joints and create overall body balance. This is a multilevel program designed for bodyworkers needing a compliment to dynamic muscular activities and those who are looking for an approachable challenging style within a peaceful, meditative yoga setting.
Make sure to bring a yoga mat or towel. If you do not have a yoga mat but would like to attend, let us know in advance. There are a limited number of mats available that we will put on hold for you. Water is provided. Questions? Contact our office and we will be happy to assist you!
