This slow, meditative practice invites you to settle into longer-held Yin postures that gently stimulate the energetic pathways of the body while targeting specific poses associated with each chakra center.
As we journey from the Root Chakra to the Crown Chakra, each posture will support grounding, emotional release, heart opening, intuitive awareness, and energetic alignment. While you rest in the poses, the healing tones of crystal singing bowls tuned to the frequencies of each chakra will be played, allowing the vibrations to move through the body and encourage energetic balance.
