1. Foundation of Yin Yoga:

Uncover the historical roots and evolution of Yin Yoga, exploring its
foundations and development into the functional practice it is today.

2. Essence, Practices, and Philosophy:

Master over 30 Yin Yoga poses, understanding their intricacies and benefits. Learn how to guide students effectively through each posture.

4. Modifications for Individual Body Types:

Explore personalized modifications catering to diverse body types, ensuring inclusivity and adaptability in your teaching approach.

5. Anatomy as it Relates to Yin Yoga:

Gain a deeper understanding of anatomy, particularly focusing on muscles, fascia, target areas, and the interplay between functional and aesthetic aspects of Yin Yoga.

6. Sequencing Mastery:

Acquire the skills to design transformative and balancing Yin Yoga class

Training Details

Duration: 12 Hours

Format: Lectures, interactive workshops, practical sessions, and in-depth discussions.

Certification: Upon completion, you will receive a Yoga Alliance Accredited Yin Yoga Training Certification, recognizing your commitment to excellence in teaching and practicing Yin Yoga. Please note that if you are a student, you will get the certification, however to be a certified yoga teacher you would have to complete the foundational course of 200 hours. You can always use this certification as an add on when you do your 200 hours if this is something you want to pursue, or use this information to deepen your own Yin Yoga practice.
