Over the course of this immersive training, you’ll learn:
The foundational philosophy and principles of Yin Yoga
Functional anatomy and fascia theory with a focus on joint mobility
The energetic body: meridian theory, chakras, and the subtle body
Intelligent sequencing and safe guidance of Yin postures
The art of holding space: voice, presence, and mindful cueing
Practical tools for cultivating stillness, mindfulness, and emotional release
Whether you’re a yoga teacher looking to deepen your offerings or a dedicated practitioner seeking personal growth, this training will equip you with the tools to teach and practice Yin Yoga with clarity, compassion, and authenticity.
