Evening Sound Bowl + Yoga Nidra

This immersive experience at MarYSoul combines live sound bowls with guided Yoga Nidra, allowing you to release tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your inner rhythm.

We will begin with Yoga Nidra, led by a 200-hour certified Yoga Instructor, guiding you into deep rest and awareness. From there, the resonant vibrations of the sound bowls, led by Sacred Reflections, LLC, will further support your relaxation and inner alignment.

No experience with meditation or yoga is required, we will not be moving much. You can lay on your yoga mat, blanket, or sit in a chair. Tipping is acceptable for the instructors.
