Led by Pamela Grosam, E-RYT® 500 and YACEP approved educator with nearly 30 years of experience in the healing arts, this training offers far more than a study of postures and sequencing. Rooted in Pamela’s deep connection to Yin Yoga and informed by her creation of the Acu Meridi-Yin Yoga system, participants are invited into an immersive exploration of Yin as a practice of energetic balance, nervous system restoration, emotional awareness, and embodied presence.
Whether you are a yoga teacher, healer, bodyworker, or simply feeling called to deepen your own personal practice, this training provides a supportive and intentional space to explore the integration of meridians, acupressure, mindfulness, and stillness in a meaningful and transformative way.

18 Yoga Alliance CEUs (YACEP-approved)
During this training, you will:
•Study Yin philosophy, anatomy, and energetics.
•Explore each Yin posture in depth, with modifications, variations, and alignment principles.
•Learn sequencing and theming to create safe, meaningful and transformative classes.
•Explore the foundations of Chinese meridian theory and the flow of Qi as it relates to Yin Yoga practice.
Prerequisites:
There are no prerequisites for Yin Yoga training. Whether you are a yoga teacher seeking continuing education hours or a dedicated student wishing to deepen your personal practice, this training offers both practical knowledge and embodied wisdom to enrich the way you experience and share Yin Yoga.
