đ§ââď¸Subtle Anatomy of Yin: Qi/Chi, Meridian Theory, Prana & Nadis
đ§ââď¸The Yin Postures & Archetypes
đ§ââď¸Sequencing & Modifications
đ§ââď¸Concentration, Meditation & Mindfulness
đ§ââď¸Integration & Practice Teaching
PRE-REQUISITES:
⢠200-hour RYT or currently attending
â⢠6 Yin Classes from a variety of teachers, if possible.
