Start your day with 90 minutes of complete calm in this deeply restorative session. You'll be guided through 50 minutes of Yin Yoga followed by 40 minutes of Sound Healing—a gentle blend designed to help you slow down, release tension and reconnect with yourself.
We begin with long, supported Yin postures to open the body and quiet the mind, then move into a meditative Sound Healing experience using crystal bowls to guide you into deep rest.
No experience needed. All equipment is provided—just bring yourself.
