Come join us for a night of self-care at the People's Gallery Project. Led by 500RYT and artist Lindsey Gill (@lindseygillyoga) and established breathwork practitioner Jamie Ware ( @jamiemarieware) this workshop is the perfect weekend windown.

For an investment of $45, experience the magic of combinging these three modalities into one three-hour intimate experience in the back yoga room of the gallery. Light refreshments and tea will be serve upon arrival.

Mats and props will be provided--we recommend you bring any additional comfort objects you might want to have (a special pillow, crystals or talismans, and/or your favorite sleepwear) Relax, unwind, and connect with your inner self on a profound level, just one night after the new moon!
