Step into a slower, more mindful space with this deeply nourishing Yin Yoga class, designed to target the fascia/ connective tissues of the body through a series of extended-held poses. This inward journey promotes improved flexibility and balance, cultivating a profound sense of inner peace and tranquility.
We’ll close with an immersive sound bath during savasana, where the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other instruments will wash over you enhancing relaxation, soothing the nervous system, and leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed.
