Back by popular demand is our Spring Yin Yoga & Reiki infused workshop. An afternoon of complete relaxation and healing, combining the benefits of both Yin Yoga and Reiki - Anita and Natalie will guide you through this journey to a blissful and balanced state of being. We will explore the Spring element of wood by stimulating the liver and gallbladder meridians through Yin poses, setting intentions and planting new seeds.
Reiki healing and Yin Yoga, when combined, creates a powerful synergy between all levels of being spiritual, mental, emotional and physical that can leave a profound sense of calm, reduced stress, and enhanced mental clarity.
