This intensive 𝟳-𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝗲𝗹𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 offers a deep immersion into Yin Yoga, meditation and yoga philosophy, with a special focus on Sri Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. The module is guided by teachers Sebastian Pucelle i Murielle Burellier.
The training explores the Yoga Sutras as a complete map of the yogic path. Participants are introduced to the four chapters, key psychological concepts and their metaphysical correspondences, discovering how this classical text addresses the roots of human suffering and points toward liberation.
𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸, 𝗝𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗮 𝗬𝗼𝗴𝗮 (𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝗳 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲) 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗬𝗶𝗻 𝗬𝗼𝗴𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. The program is designed to soften the boundary between postural and meditative practice, using the breath as a bridge and creating a shared space where body, mind and contemplation meet.
The module has two main aims:
to clarify the vision of meditative yoga through one of its most influential texts
to offer participants a space to establish or deepen their own contemplative practice
Structured slide presentations support the study of each concept, making this timeless teaching accessible and practical (see some examples in the slideshow below). The Yoga Sutras are presented as a living, universal reference for modern practitioners – from ethics to transpersonal experience – offering fresh insight to all who engage with them.
