Yin Yoga II / 4 Week Series / Kelly Bay
This 90 minute practice will provide additional time in meditation (15 mins) as entry point into stillness. Followed by extended holds of Yin shapes (7-10 mins). Shapes will be both familiar and slightly varied to challenge experienced Yin students. Breath practices will be expanded on to provide additional entry points into the subtle energy body.
This series is intended to deepen the Yin Yoga practice of experienced students.
