There are 7 main energy centers in your body (the chakras) that affect your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. Many people's chakras are not balanced. They are often blocked, overactive/underactive, etc, resulting in low energy, depression, anxiety and other imbalances within. In this workshop, instructor Patty Bartoldus will guide you to awaken the chakras through special techniques such as yin yoga postures, seed chakra mantras/affirmations, essential oils, color visualization and breath work. You will then be guided through a crystal quartz singing bowl sound bath meditation for all 7 major chakras. When the chakras are open, aligned and balanced, energy can run through them freely, resulting in harmony, ease, and peace within.
