Yin Yoga

Join us on Thursday's for a calming yoga practice and soothe your body, mind, and spirit.

Find us in the beautiful grey house and enter through the front door, B-1.

Easy to find parking is on the premises. Previous experience is not necessary and beginners are welcome!

Yin Yoga: The opposite of Hatha (Yang), is a much slower and meditative practice focused on the deeper connective tissues, breathing, and calming the nervous system. Poses last longer than in a Hatha class, where each pose is held in stillness 3 to 5 minutes (no standing poses).

Other benefits include reduced stress, better sleep, and feeling more present and connected.
