Join Library Director Julia Turpin for Yin Yoga at 7 p.m. in the Library's Jones Meeting Center on the following Tuesdays this February: Feb. 3 and Feb. 17. Calm your mind, release tension, and renew your energy.
This gentle yoga combines breathwork with restorative held postures. No experience is needed. Bring a yoga mat or one will be available if needed; feel free to bring other supportive props.
