if you like mellow, this is your class! Yin Yoga is an all levels class; very beginner friendly. we hold seated and reclined postures, for 3- 5 minutes, in a very supported way. remaining still for a period of time allows our connective tissue to open up and the body to move easier. after about 45 minutes of poses, we'll end with a guided meditation to allow further relaxation.
