This is not Restorative Yoga - Yin Yoga is very different (despite what you may have been told / practiced)!
Gain and improve flexibility, take their time to move slowly through a practice and explore pockets of stillness.
Yin Yoga offers you the opportunity to drop deeply into the body and mind, with a carefully curated practice, led by a fully qualified specialist teacher.
The perfect practice for those who like to run, hike, cycle, and go to the gym. Also a great accompaniment to our other practices such as SLOW FLOW, FLOW & ENERGISE.
Our studio is fully equipped with everything you need.
Wear comfortable clothes to move and relax in, and bring a pair of socks!
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for the class to sign in and settle yourself.
