Deepening The Understanding Of The Yin Practice, Principles & Potential
During 3 afternoons we study, practice and debate the practice of Yin Yoga.
12 hours of in-depth investigation of a part of the yoga practice that serves to keep us healthy, resilient, balanced and mobile. The teachings draw from an authentic yogic approach as well as the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Mindfulness.
This course is for seasoned practitioners and yoga teachers. It will support you on your own path as a practitioner, guide you if considering becoming a yoga teacher and strengthen your teaching skills.
Kristina Babette Larsen teaches this course drawing from her extensive teaching experience, the studying done through 20 years and own life long practice.
