Yin Yoga Class - with channelled Reiki

Welcome to Yin Yoga - with channelled Reiki at Mukti Yoga Centre! Join us for a unique experience that combines the gentle practice of Yin Yoga with the healing energy of Reiki. This in-person monthly class will help you relax, release tension, and restore balance in both your body and mind. How Yin Yoga works

Yin Yoga targets your deep connective tissue (fascia), your muscles, ligaments, and joints. It is slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inwards and tune into both your mind and physical sensations of your body. Yin practices consist of longer-held, passive floor poses, gentle breathwork and mindfulness. Long term benefits include improved range of motion, increased bone density, improvement to concentration and attention span and ease of joint function!

How Reiki Channelling works

Reiki is an ancient Japanese method of healing - to balance, clear, open your energy and energy flow. Reiki works on different levels, the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritually. Reiki is not only one of the oldest healing systems in use, it is also one of the most versatile. What to expect at this class

Your teacher Faye, who is also a certified Reiki Master practitioner, will walk the room and provide light hands-on touch to students resting in yin poses, for this reason the class has fewer poses that are held longer. This monthly class can help you to maintain your health and wellbeing, or support in restoring a sense of balance etc. during challenging times.
