In the 60-minute session, participants will be guided through long-held, passive floor poses to get into the connective tissues, such as the joints, ligaments and bones. Class is in person at Dancescapes Studio or via Zoom! Great for beginners. Bring a pillow and if you have a mat and props, bring them too. We also have extras!
