No matter your level of flexibility, these classes are suitable for everyone and every age as we use props to help our body to reach and keep the poses for 3-5’ each. We will work on our fascia and connective tissue and every asana is lying on the mat . We will reach also a relaxation of the mind so the practice is really regenerative. Price: 15€ /class /1 h
possibility to have another class every Friday at 6pm on request.
