Join Gyani to recharge and revitalise energy levels by balancing the Chakras with Yin Yoga, sound vibration chanting and meditation.
During this workshop you will experience:
~ A relaxing sequence of Yin Yoga postures to balance the chakra energy centres.
~ Sound vibration chanting and a chakra meditation.
~ Yoga Nidra to rest deeply and revitalise energy levels.
Suitable for all levels, including beginners.
DATE: Friday 13th March 5.30-7.30pm. Please arrive at least 10mins early for a prompt start at 5.30pm.
VENUE: Tara Yoga, 18 Clifton Street, Bunbury.
EXCHANGE: Earlybird $40 if booked before 13th February. Full price $45 or $43 concession.
BOOKING: Registration essential as places are limited. Book online to secure your spot.
REFUNDS: Please note there will be no refunds or exchanges but if you are unable to attend the workshop then you can arrange for someone to take your place and to let us know in advance.
WHAT TO BRING: Bring your own yoga mat if you have one, props will be provided. Also bring a water bottle.
