Join us for a beautiful afternoon of relaxation, rejuvenation & restoration in this November’s Hunter’s Super Moon. Be held energetically in a space of love, healing and gratitude.We will start by gently opening up the body with yoga to stretch, relax and unwind with wonderful Lisa. Flowing from this we will move into deep, guided breathing & blissful meditation to help release the mind from everyday stresses and responsibility.
We will then take you on a sound journey to let vibration and frequency move through you to rebalance and recalibrate your system; mind, body and spirit. Become aware of the expanse beyond your mind and physical self through a voyage of sound instruments and percussions. Experience awareness, perception and presence on a whole new level. Enable your consciousness to purge low frequency moods and emotions that no longer serve you. Process, purge and shake stagnant, stale energy in your system.
After our immersion, ground with essential oils, energy balls and oracle cards. It would be a honour to share this experience with you.
Please bring a Yoga mat , Blankets & Pillows for you and ultimate relaxation.
