What to Expect:
Props are provided, but feel free to bring your mat and water bottle.
Dress comfortably in layers.
3:20pm - Arrive by 3:20pm to settle in for the experience.
3:30-4:30pm - Yin Yoga with Sound Bath
4:30-4:45pm Sound Healing in stillness - extended shavasana
