Join us in this immersive experience that will leave you feeling grounded and restored.
The 75 minute class will devote 30 minutes to Yin poses and 30-45 minutes for a sound bath. Leave feeling grounded and restored.
A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are “bathed” in sound waves. The waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and even the human voice itself.
A yin yoga practice consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body.
The practice is suitable and welcomes all levels of participants.
