What does ikigai mean? Ikigai is a Japanese concept or philosophy that is rooted in japanese culture. The Japanese word ikigai combines "iki" (which means life) and "gai" (value). It shows that everyone has a purpose in life to offer the world. It's what brings you joy and inspires you to get out of bed every day. ee-kee-gahy".
This Ikigai workshop is a grounding practice in self-realization for finding your passion and purpose in this big wide world.
Whether you are already in a career yet feel you’re in a slump and need some inspiration, or if you are at a crossroads and unsure of your next path, we will dive deeper into mind, body and soul in a positive group setting to reestablish your unique place on this planet.
We will start with a relaxing guided meditation to let go of the day.
Followed by a series questions to find your Ikigai.
You can get creative and color your board or collage it. I will provide all supplies.
