Yin Yoga & Sound Bath: Journey Through the Chakras

Have you ever wondered about your subtle energy and how it connects your mind, body, and spirit? Your life force or "Prana" flows throughout your whole body through three primary channels: "Sushumna Nadi," the main channel; "Pingala Nadi," to your right, and "Ida Nadi," to your left. Where these channels intersect is called a Chakra. There are seven main Chakras beginning at the base of your spine to the crown of your head, and they each govern your elements, colors, emotions, and more.
As Jackie guides you through a series of Yin poses that are aligned energetically for each Chakra, Adina will play the corresponding crystal bowl and other instruments that are associated to it. This immersive experience will leave you feeling deeply relaxed and energetically aligned.
