Yin Yoga & Sound Bath

Enjoy an evening of healing vibrations and restorative stretches with this magical combo. Come to class with a mat, comfy clothes and blanket to stay cozy during sevasana. We will have extra mats and blocks available for those who need them. After class, enjoy a free taster glass of kombucha and 20% off any purchases in the shop. Give yourself a little time to get here as on street parking can sometimes be a challenge. This is all ability levels and is donation based on a sliding scale. Suggested amount for donation is $15-25 for our amazing teachers. You can pay your donation in cash or thru venmo-provided at the event.
