Yoga asana is not always about the flow of movement. In Yin Yoga, we go deep into our core to explore who it is we REALLY are. Exploring and examining our truth through very slow and intentional postures that bring us face to face with our fight or flight. Yin Yoga mixed with meditation is where the true shadow work and growth happens. Join us every other Wednesday for a practice that will nurture the natural, divine being that you ARE. Every posture is held 2 to 5 minutes in stillness. Allowing you to go beyond the surface and deep into releasing trauma, beliefs and stagnation that is held in the fascia, tendons and ligaments. Come find comfort in the discomfort in a safe and loving connection.
Yin Yoga is suitable for all experience levels, body types, religions and genders. You ARE SAFE. You ARE LOVED, you ARE DIVINE.
Bring a mat, yoga prompts such as blocks, water and a journal if you like. Don’t have a mat, we have one for you. We just want to practice with YOU.
