Guided by Dana Humphrey, this slow, grounding Yin Yoga practice will help release tension and open the body through stillness and deep stretches. Accompanied by the soothing, meditative sounds of Onel Mulet on the flute, this session offers a unique opportunity to restore balance and harmony in both body and mind.
