Yin Yoga & Healing Crystal Soundbath

The evening will start with a 10 minute tea ceremony to settle us all into the room, followed by a 30 minute Yin Yoga session with mild sound bath. Then a 10 minute guided meditation to bring us intentionally into our bodies before an immersive 30 minute sound bath to end the evening off.

This will be a very intentional evening to relax us and bring calm back into our energy in the start of the busy back to work life routine.

We are keeping tickets to a limited number to be able to ensure a smaller and more intimate experience for everyone who attends.

So get your mats, pillows, blankets and water ready and take whatever you need from the evening and leave what doesn’t serve you in the room when you go.

We cannot wait to see you there and share in the time you are taking to choose yourself.
