💫 From here will move into deep Yin yoga asana's, with plenty of props (bolsters blankets) to ensure your journey is supported to get the most out of the body, and move to the metaphysical area, where the deep Chakra work will begin.
💫 You will take time to tune in and move your body into uncharted waters, where you will learn the concept of deep patience, observation, surrender and feeling.
💫 The Chakra system will be activated via a range of techniques including, sound, colour, vibration, physical attributes, energetic attributes and visualisation meditation.
