In this workshop, watercolors and paper sit right beside your mat. After each pose, you pick up a brush and let color do what words can't. No technique, no plan, no judgment about what it looks like. Just color moving across paper, following whatever the body has to say.You don't need to know how to paint. You don't need to know what you're feeling. You just need to show up, slow down, and see what comes through. In yin yoga, poses are held for 3 to 5 minutes. That's long enough for something real to shift. Tension softens. The nervous system settles. Sensations you've been quietly carrying start to rise to the surface.
This workshop is appropriate for beginners and all levels. All art supplies are included.
