In the serenity of this peaceful workshop (no yoga experience necessary) you will be safely guided by Martha, through the practices of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Unwind, release tension and connect with your inner peace.
What to expect:
This Yin Yoga workshop is designed to nurture both body and mind. Through long-held, floor-based poses, we'll embrace stillness in deep stretches to improve mobility and freedom in the body and access deeper levels of calm and connection with yourself. 🙌
Followed by a gentle, guided meditation of the Yoga Nidra, wrapped in comfort, you'll settle into a state of deep relaxation, cultivating space for profound rest, healing, and renewal.
