Gently switching from your sympathetic nervous system to the parasympathetic nervous system, cultivating relaxation, reducing stress while gently stretching and restoring. Releasing and letting go of anything that does not serve you. Bring a mat, Bolster or cushion/pillow and blanket to get cozy through the sound bath
