Join us every Wednesday for Yin Yoga: A Restorative and Self-Awareness Journey - a deeply nourishing guided yin yoga and meditation experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and cultivate self-awareness.

In Yin Yoga, poses are held for longer durations - typically between 3 to 5 minutes - allowing you to access the deep connective tissues (like ligaments and fascia) rather than focusing solely on muscle engagement. This gentle yet powerful practice encourages stillness, surrender, and breath awareness, helping you tap into your inner landscape.

Rather than active effort, yin yoga invites you to let go - both physically and mentally - as you soften into each posture. You’ll be guided to use the breath as a tool to deepen your presence, quiet the mind, and open the body with compassion.

Following the yoga session, you’ll be guided through a restorative meditation, often incorporating sound therapy, to support energetic release, emotional balance, and integration of the healing benefits of the practice.
