Yin Yoga - in person at 21 Cale Street Como 6152 or Join Via Zoom or receive recordings. 8 x week term starts Monday 2nd September at 6pm, 21 Cale Street, Como 6152 ( we also have a Yin Yoga term running Wednesdays at 9:30 am starting 4th September).
Yin Yoga is all ground based, suitable for all levels. We give so many variations and use so many cushions, bolsters and props that any sore knees, hips etc are safe during class.
We hold the ground based Yin poses for anywhere between 2 - 4 minutes allowing us to access the deeper connective tissues.
Now is your chance to learn all about the practice of Yin Yoga!! You DO NOT need to be flexible! All ages welcome.
Join Kate Willis from The Yoga Connect for this 8 x week term where you will delve deep into the world of Yin Yoga .
